Both transactions require that both owner and purchaser or renter fill out the required application and provide the documentation required. Applications can be obtained through Guarantee Management

You may not obtain a transponder for your vehicle(s) until you change you're the address on both to the Britannia address.

You may obtain an Architectural Control form from management to be completed and returned to management for submission to Board for review and approval.

There are specific paint codes
pertaining to Britannia Homeowners Association that you may obtain from management at the time of Architectural Control application.
You may not paint your house the same color as any of your direct neighbors and must submit pictures of your house in relation to your neighbors at the time of ACC application.
Once you have changed the address on your driver license and vehicle registration to the Britannia address you can obtain a transponder form from either security or management, complete the form together with a $15.00 check payable to Britannia Homeowners Association and security will place the transponder on your vehicle.
No.
No one that is not a resident at the community may obtain a transponder. All visitor's must access the community via security.
Yes,
but you must follow the procedure which is to obtain from management and complete an ACC Form including the type of tree you will replace the original tree with.

Commercial vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the property.
